Monkey Man is 3 years old - he'll be 4 at the end of the year.
So that means that we're working on writing his letters and numbers.
I try to find fun ways to practice so it doesn't feel like work for him.

I really loved the Paint Bag Writing idea from Let's Explore!
There are seriously tons of ideas over there for little ones - be sure to check it out!
I've pinned this little goodie on my Stuff for the Kids board.

To make your own paint bag, you'll just need finger or tempera paint, a freezer ziploc bag and some tape! Put the paint in the bag, tape up the top and then you can write/draw on it with you finger or a q-tip!
When you are ready to write something new, just smoosh the paint around!
